Remote Patrol

You know her as: Gorgeous Greek sorceress Medea on last year’s TV miniseries Jason and the Argonauts, costarring with her favorite actor, Dennis Hopper. “I was pinching myself the whole time,” she raves.

New show: Enterprise, a much-hyped prequel to the ’60s Star Trek series. “I’m a fan, but just of the original,” says Jolene. “I’m embarrassed because I’ve never watched the other shows.” (UPN, Wednesday, 8 P.M.)

She plays: T’Pol, a Vulcan babe who’s second in command of the cosmos-hopping ship. “I wear the pointy ears and a wig with bangs, like Spock. I look like a little pixie.”

Earth to Jolene: “Spock is sexy. He’s got those penetrating eyes. I have a poster of the ‘Amok Time’ episode, where Spock goes crazy because it’s Vulcan mating season.”

Improving on the original: Jolene acts out her own version of “Amok Time”: “I definitely go into heat. But let me tell you, it’s not once every seven years like with Spock. I would not be a happy person.”
